Requirements for Sending Emails to SentraGuard-Protected Domains

To successfully send an email to a domain protected by SentraGuard, it is essential to meet the following requirements:

DKIM Check:

The DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) configuration must be present and valid. SentraGuard verifies the existence and correctness of the DKIM record to ensure email authenticity.

DMARC Check:

The DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) configuration must exist and be correctly set up. SentraGuard enforces strict compliance with DMARC to prevent spoofing.

SPF Check:

The SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record must be present and properly configured. SentraGuard uses SPF to confirm the legitimacy of the sending server.
